Bali repatriation flight brings home stranded Australians

The first government-backed repatriation flight from Bali has touched down in Darwin, bringing home more than 100 Australians who had been stranded there during the pandemic. The new arrivals will spend two weeks quarantined at Howard Springs. All travellers had to show negative tests to board the plane from Denpasar in Bali. Indonesia has become the world’s new coronavirus epicentre, with nearly four million cases in total recorded.
