Brad Hazzard’s Pfizer mistake should have prompted ‘grovelling apologies’

Out state leaders are failing to apologise for errors which have major ramifications in the middle of a pandemic, according to Sky News Digital Editor Jack Houghton. “In New South Wales, in the middle of a lockdown which our leaders say is necessary because our vulnerable are not yet vaccinated, NSW Health burnt 160 Pfizer vaccines on Private Sydney school boys who were not eligible for the jab,” Mr Houghton said. “It was a howler of an error which should have been met with grovelling apologies, an investigation and ultimately some kind of explanation.” Instead, Health Minister Brad Hazzard told reporters to bluntly “move on” from the mistake. “There was a mistake and so what? It’s happened. Out of a million vaccinations. Move on,” Mr Hazzard said.
