Federal Court ‘threw out at first opportunity’ challenge to India travel ban

The Federal Court has “ruled for sanity” and “threw out at first opportunity” the legal challenge to the India travel ban, says Sky News host Paul Murray. “People from India will be able to come back to Australia – including a bizarrely large number of kids who are by themselves,” he said. “Why they are there without parents I don’t know, but they’ll be coming back in emergency flights on the weekend.”
