A subway station in the Bronx, New York, was flooded on Thursday, July 8, as a flash flood warning was issued across New York. This video shared by Twitter user @Walcott881 shows gushing floodwaters spilling down the stairs at the 149th St Grand Concourse subway station. Tropical Storm Elsa was expected to impact southeastern New York, northeastern New Jersey, and southern Connecticut late Thursday into Friday, bringing possible flash flooding to the region, according to the National Weather Service.
