It’s looking ‘very grim’ for Scott Morrison amid latest Newspoll figures
Sky News host Andrew Bolt says he “struggles” to see how Prime Minister Scott Morrison is going to win the next federal election.
It comes as the Morrison government is facing its worst electoral position since the Black Summer bushfires, in the latest Newspoll figures.
The Australian's Newspoll findings show support for Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s handling of the pandemic has dropped to 48 per cent.
The Coalition and Labor remain steady in the primary vote at 39 per cent.
Labor remains in the lead over the Coalition at 53 to 47 per cent in two-party preferred stakes.
"It's looking very grim for Scott Morrison with an election due in the first half of next year," Mr Bolt said.
