NSW RSL Secretary Jeff O’Brien says while veterans will be able to march in Sydney on Anzac Day many people will still be changing the way they commemorate Anzac Day this year.
“For instance, we’re going to continue with the 'Light Up the Dawn' program, which was so successful last year, people commemorating in their own way at their own driveway," he said.
“So if people are still concerned about the pandemic and don’t want to mix with crowds that’s an option for them as well".
Mr O’Brien told Sky News he hopes rural and regional and metropolitan areas will be able to conduct their Anzac Day services as “close to normal as possible”.
