Morrison government moving at a ‘snail’s pace’ to get local allied forces out of Afghanistan

Former Queensland Premier Campbell Newman says the Morrison government has "let down" local Afghan personnel who aided Australian forces by "moving at a snail's pace" to get them vetted and out of Afghanistan. "This is a betrayal," Mr Newman said "It's because the Morrison government moves slowly and ponderously ... they move at snail's pace and this is sadly just another example but it's a shocking example."
