Only a ‘highly unlikely’ wide scale outbreak would shut down trans-Tasman bubble

New Zealand Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson says only the “highly unlikely event” of wide scale COVID outbreak would cause travel to shut down travel once the trans-Tasman travel bubble is up and running.
