An accused car thief allegedly reversed an SUV and sent a policeman flying through the air in a “scary” incident, a court has been told. Jahdon Tamati is facing dozens of charges, including aggravated intentional and reckless exposure of police officers to risk by driving, assaulting police, resisting arrest, possessing a controlled weapon and car theft. The 31-year-old appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday and is expected to plead guilty to most of the charges at a later date
