Samsung details a new smartwatch user interface called One UI Watch, debuting on an upcoming Galaxy Watch later this year  —  At its MWC event today, Samsung showed off its latest smartwatch interface called One UI Watch.  This software will run on top of  —  the new Wear OS, which the company co-developed with Google.
