Women over 50 struggling to secure permanent work despite record employment

Unemployment plunged to provide levels of 5.1 per cent in May in a blockbuster result driven by the largest monthly rise in full-time employment on record as women's participation in the workforce rose to its highest level in the nation's history. Former Member for Carine Tony Krsticevic says there's been a number of reports of people over 50, namely women over 50, to secure full-time work stating there still seems to be this barrier for older Australians.
